ULTIMATE DESIGN Luxury Construction

High-Gloss Titanium Xuanwu Architecture

Mate 90 RS Ultimate is built around Huawei’s high-gloss titanium Xuanwu architecture, combining a high-strength titanium middle frame with reinforced glass construction. Huawei uses Xuanwu Kunlun Glass for the display, while optical Kunlun Glass and dynamic-grating Kunlun Glass elements contribute to the phone’s distinctive premium construction.

Dynamic-Grating Kunlun Glass

The rear design incorporates Huawei’s dynamic-grating Kunlun Glass with an ascending textured pattern inspired by the ULTIMATE DESIGN philosophy. The result is a distinctive luxury appearance that changes subtly with the way light interacts with the surface.

6.9-Inch Full-Colour Linglong Display

Dual-Layer OLED with 1–120Hz LTPO

Mate 90 RS Ultimate features a 6.9-inch dual-layer OLED display with a 2848 × 1320 resolution. The LTPO panel supports an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate, allowing the display to adjust dynamically between smoother high-refresh content and lower-power operation. It also supports 300Hz touch sampling for responsive interaction.

1440Hz PWM Dimming

The display uses 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and is protected by Xuanwu Kunlun Glass. Huawei positions the display as a combination of high brightness, wide colour reproduction and enhanced durability.

Kirin 9050 Pro Flagship Performance

Advanced Processing Power

Huawei Mate 90 RS Ultimate Australia is powered by Huawei’s Kirin 9050 Pro processor and runs HarmonyOS 7.0. Huawei positions the chipset as a major performance upgrade for the Mate series, providing the processing foundation for demanding applications, gaming, photography and AI-powered features.

Professional XMAGE Camera System

50MP Ultra-High-Dynamic-Range Main Camera

The main camera uses a 50MP sensor with a continuously variable f/1.4–f/4.0 aperture and optical image stabilisation. Huawei highlights an 18 EV ultra-high dynamic range, giving the camera greater scope for retaining information across bright highlights and darker areas.

40MP Ultra-Wide Camera

A 40MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture provides a broad perspective for landscapes, architecture, group photography and expansive compositions. The RYYB sensor architecture is part of Huawei’s approach to improving light capture and colour information.

200MP Large-Sensor Telephoto

The standout camera is a large-sensor 200MP telephoto camera with an f/2.6 aperture, optical image stabilisation and telephoto macro capability. Huawei lists approximately 4x optical zoom, 8x optical-quality zoom and up to 100x digital zoom, while the 200MP high-resolution mode operates at the 4x focal length.

Third-Generation Red Maple True-Colour Camera

Huawei’s third-generation Red Maple true-colour camera works alongside the XMAGE system to capture additional colour information and reproduce more natural-looking subjects. The imaging platform supports XMAGE styles, AI photography, AI composition, Super Night, RAW photography, HDR Vivid video, Log video, high-resolution photography, Super Macro and multiple specialised shooting modes.

13MP Ultra-Wide Selfie Camera

Autofocus and 3D Depth Sensing

The front camera system combines a 13MP ultra-wide autofocus camera with a dedicated 3D depth-sensing camera. It supports photography features including XMAGE styles, AI pose recommendations, dynamic photos and portrait modes, while video recording can reach up to 4K resolution.

6800mAh Long-Lasting Battery

Large-Capacity Power

Mate 90 RS packs a 6800mAh typical-capacity battery. The large battery is designed to provide extended endurance for photography, navigation, entertainment, gaming and outdoor activities.

100W Wired and 50W Wireless SuperCharge

The phone supports up to 100W Huawei wired SuperCharge and up to 50W Huawei wireless SuperCharge with compatible charging equipment. It also supports up to 18W wired reverse charging and wireless reverse charging, allowing the smartphone to share power with compatible devices.

Warranty

Australian variants of all the brand-new products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty under Australian consumer law. The non-Australian variants come with a 1-year seller warranty. You must contact our customer care centre to claim your warranty.

For used products, we offer a 1-year warranty (conditions apply) for private households from the date of shipment (3 months of commercial use). If a defect arises and we receive a valid claim, we may, at our option, repair or replace the product.

As per the ACCC’s regulations, we will resolve the minor issues found in our phones with either repair or replacement, as the case may be. However, there will not be any refunds on purchases made under the buy-now-pay-later model using methods like After Pay, Zip Pay, Latitude Pay, etc.

We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DoA) within 7 days of dispatch. Any DoAs must be communicated/returned to us within 7 days.

Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department.
If an item needs to be returned for warranty after 30 days from the dispatch date, postage for both ways will be at the buyer’s expense.

You are responsible for ensuring the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return of the item. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution, which may include repairs, replacements or store credit.
Accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty. Examples include batteries, earphones, cables, carry bags etc.

Naturally, the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by our store to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).
